For International Clearances, U.S. Soccer required the registering club to be included in the National Registration System (NDC).

A Club Administrator would need to fill out the Club Contact Information form (only one time – NDC link below) in its entirety to ensure being a recognized club by the U.S. Soccer prior to any player clearance.
